There's been a lot of noise about Windows Vista Bugs, but you would rarely come across this one.
While I was reading a random Blog I found a nice post which I thought I should share with you guys.
Just have a look at the estimated time the file would take to copied.

Hahah yeah that's happened me too. After I've installed Windows 7 I once encountered a bug that makes the transfer window stop at "estimating..." but it still transfers in the background. Give it a moment (depending on the size of what you're transferring) and it'll be done as normal.
hope fully the bug must be solved by Microsoft's final version of the Seven.
